When our day meets yours.
India (UTC+5:30) is 4½ hours ahead of Amsterdam on standard time (CET) and 3½ hours ahead of CEST in summer; India never changes its clocks. Your morning is our afternoon. Our working day covers your morning and early afternoon, an hour later in summer, and the evening call hours we offer clients outside India reach your late afternoon.

Your clocks change from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October; the rows above show both seasons. Calls are booked from the project room, which shows every slot in your own time zone and only the ones in your daytime.

Calls
Free 30-minute calls on Google Meet, booked from the project room at a time shown in your own zone. Clients outside India are also offered our evening hours, 19:00–23:00 IST. The first call walks you through your requirements and the price.
Sign-offs
Each module is submitted in the project room against written acceptance criteria. You approve it, or list what does not meet them, whenever suits your day — no call needed. Each milestone includes two rounds of revisions.
Invoices
In euros, with your VAT ID on it. A 50% deposit is invoiced when you accept the proposal; the rest is split across milestones, each invoiced when you approve it.
Paying
By an international card through Razorpay, charged in euros, or an ordinary SEPA transfer to our euro account. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a payment gateway licensed by the Reserve Bank of India; we never see your card details.

Tax, plainly
What tax is on the invoice.
- Indian tax
- Not once our Letter of Undertaking (LUT) is filed: services supplied to a client outside India are an export, which is zero-rated under an LUT. It is not filed yet, so for now 18% IGST is added. Either way the exact tax is shown on the proposal before you accept, and the invoice states how the export was treated.
- Tax in the Netherlands
- We charge no Dutch or EU VAT. If your business is VAT-registered, VAT on services bought from abroad is normally accounted for by you under the reverse charge; the invoice says so.
- The invoice
- Our legal name, registered Indian address and GSTIN; your name, address, country and VAT ID; the value in rupees and the exchange rate used.
- Its export note
Services supplied from India to a recipient in Netherlands. If the recipient is registered for VAT/GST there, the tax on this supply may be accounted for by the recipient under reverse charge; no EU VAT/GST of that country is charged here.

Holidays

Our delivery dates are counted on India's working calendar, published on our holidays page: Sundays and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off, plus Indian public holidays — fixed national dates such as Republic Day (26 January), Independence Day (15 August), Gandhi Jayanti (2 October) and Christmas Day, and the festivals that move each year, which the team declares on the calendar.
Dutch holidays such as King's Day are ordinary working days for us, and Christmas Day is a holiday for both of us. If you will be away, say so when the dates are set, so your review time is planned around it.

Euros (EUR). The price list is in rupees; your proposal converts it at that day's reference exchange rate plus 1%, rounded up, and the figure is then fixed — it does not move with the exchange rate afterwards.
It is priced per module, never per hour, and modules start from ₹12,000. The price for your project is worked out with you on a free 30-minute call once your requirements are written down, then fixed in a proposal in euros. There is no discount on one-off modules; a monthly plan is the only way to get one.

Indian law by default, since that is where the business is registered. If your own procurement needs a different governing law, say so before you accept the proposal and we will discuss it in writing — after acceptance is too late.
