Time zones
Same clock, same working day.
We are in India, on India Standard Time (UTC+5:30), the same as you. We are in the same time zone. We work 10:00–19:00 IST on the working days of our published calendar, and calls are booked in those hours.

Working together
Calls, sign-offs and invoices.
Calls
Free 30-minute calls on Google Meet, booked from the project room on any working day between 10:00 and 19:00 IST. The first one walks you through your requirements and the price.
Sign-offs
Each module is submitted in the project room against written acceptance criteria. You approve it, or list what does not meet them, whenever suits your day — no call needed. Each milestone includes two rounds of revisions.
Invoices
In rupees, as a GST tax invoice with your GSTIN on it. A 50% deposit is invoiced when you accept the proposal; the rest is split across milestones, each invoiced when you approve it.
Paying
By UPI, card, net banking or EMI on a credit card through Razorpay, or by bank transfer. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a payment gateway licensed by the Reserve Bank of India; we never see your card details.
Nothing is priced before it is written down, and nothing is built before it is priced. How a project runs, step by step
Tax, plainly
GST, on a proper tax invoice.
- GST
- GST is charged at 18%: CGST and SGST if you are in the same state as us, IGST if you are elsewhere in India. The tax invoice carries your GSTIN, so a registered business can claim the input tax credit.
- On the proposal
- Every price excludes GST, and the tax is shown on the proposal before you accept.
- The invoice
- Our legal name, registered address and GSTIN, and your name, address and GSTIN.
Holidays
Dates you can check.
Our delivery dates are counted on India's working calendar, published on our holidays page: Sundays and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off, plus Indian public holidays — fixed national dates such as Republic Day (26 January), Independence Day (15 August), Gandhi Jayanti (2 October) and Christmas Day, and the festivals that move each year, which the team declares on the calendar.
Our calendar is India's national one, set for Karnataka, so the national holidays are yours too. Where your state has holidays that ours does not, the published calendar shows exactly which days our dates skip.

It is priced per module, never per hour, and modules start from ₹12,000. The price for your project is worked out with you on a free 30-minute call once your requirements are written down, then fixed in a proposal. There is no discount on one-off modules; a monthly plan is the only way to get one.

Any working day between 10:00 and 19:00 IST. Calls are 30 minutes on Google Meet, booked from the project room, and most of a project needs no call at all — questions, progress and sign-offs all happen in writing there.
